Refund Policy
At Gift Homie, each item is custom-made and personalized just for you. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or there is an error on our part.
Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains an error we made, we will make it right. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging. Send this information to info@gifthomie.com.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements if the issue is due to incorrect personalization information provided by the customer (such as misspelled names or wrong dates). Refunds will also not be issued for minor variations in wood grain, color, or engraving depth, as these are natural characteristics of the materials we use. Customer change of mind after production begins is also not eligible. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, we are not liable for delays or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. We will do our best to assist with tracking or filing a claim, but refunds will not be issued in these cases.
