This website is operated by Gift Homie LLC. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Gift Homie. By accessing our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service” or “Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or linked from our site.

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order. If you do not agree to all the terms in this agreement, you may not access the website or use any services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes on our website. Your continued use of the site following any updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority and have given permission for any minor dependents to use this site.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). You must not transmit any viruses or malicious code. A violation of any of these Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.
You understand that your non-payment information may be transferred unencrypted over various networks and modified to fit technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted.

You agree not to reproduce, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written consent.

SECTION 3 – CUSTOMIZATION & PREVIEW APPROVAL

Our products are custom made. You are responsible for entering accurate personalization details and reviewing the live preview (when applicable). Once your order is submitted and production begins, edits or cancellations are not allowed.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

  • All products are made-to-order and may have limited availability.

  • We strive for accuracy in photos, descriptions, and pricing, but cannot guarantee that colors or engravings will appear exactly as shown on every screen.

  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or change pricing at any time.

All personalized items are final sale and non-returnable unless there’s a defect or mistake on our part. See our Return Policy for more. 

SECTION 5 – BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information and update it promptly as needed.

Orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors may be declined.

SECTION 6 – PAYMENT METHOD AUTHORIZATION

By enrolling in certain programs or services offered by Gift Homie, you authorize Gift Homie LLC to securely store your provided payment method and charge that payment method for products and services requested or fulfilled on your behalf.

Charges may be processed periodically based on services provided, orders submitted, or activity associated with your account.

You agree that Gift Homie may charge your stored payment method for the applicable amounts related to orders, program participation, or services provided unless you cancel participation in the applicable program.

By enrolling in a program or providing a payment method, you acknowledge and agree that you are personally responsible for payment of all charges associated with gifts, products, or services fulfilled on your behalf through Gift Homie. This payment responsibility remains in effect regardless of any change in your employment, affiliation, or relationship with any employer, organization, or third party.

You are responsible for ensuring that your payment information remains current and valid. If a payment method fails, Gift Homie reserves the right to suspend services or request updated payment information before fulfilling additional orders.

SECTION 7 – SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Most personalized orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Shipping times vary by location and carrier. We are not responsible for delays outside of our control (e.g. shipping carrier issues or incorrect address input).

SECTION 8 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may offer access to third-party tools (such as live preview or customization engines) which are provided “as is” without warranties. Your use of such tools is at your own risk.

SECTION 9 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our site may contain links to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

SECTION 10 – USER SUBMISSIONS

If you submit reviews, photos, or feedback, you grant us the unrestricted right to use, edit, and publish them in any medium, without obligation to compensate you. You agree not to post content that violates any rights or laws.

SECTION 11 – PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your submission of personal data through the site is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS & INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product details or pricing, and to cancel orders if any such information is inaccurate, even after your order is submitted.

You may not use the site:

These Terms and any posted policies constitute the full agreement between you and Gift Homie regarding your use of the site, replacing all prior versions.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
